No. Dolphin currently has no support for the Wii's online services (who knows if it ever will have full support; there is a branch if the project working in it though).
Desktop:
OS: Windows 7 64 bit CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K @ 4.4 GHz GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Factory OC'ed) RAM: 16 GB @ 1600 MHz Dolphin Revision:3.0, 3.0-784, 3.5, latest 3.5
I don't know how feasible this is, but can't you just go to the shop on your real Wii, buy whatever you need to, then dump your saved data onto your PC for Dolphin to use? A NAND dump should do the trick. Currently, such a method would be vastly easier than even trying to get the experimental Wii branch to connect to Nintendo's servers (it's a technical process, not exactly for the faint of heart, so I've heard). However, trying to get your NAND dump would of course be of no use to you if your Wii is broken or something to that effect.

With wii-network branch (and with the proper certificates dumped from a real Wii) the Just Dance 2, 3 and 4 shop works fine, without any issue. I actually bought one song directly on Dolphin (and was able to re-download it on my Wii)...

@Jhonn how do you get those certificates? I want to try it out.

No one seems to want to tell because they don't want too many people using it :p

There were a thread here that was deleted, explaining what should be dumped (I'm unsure if I can post again how to get the certificates, probably not)... From what the devs said, the emulation isn't complete, some games write to the shared2\wc24 files and crash due incomplete emulation (until now only Mario Kart gave me this problem). And the most problematic issue: all people using wii-network branch (with certificates) will have the same generic ID ("DOLPHIN-EMU") on the online server, so a lot of, maybe, legal issues to Dolphin Team (hacking, piracy, etc.).
@Axxer I don't play online with Dolphin because my computer isn't powerful enough and because of the mentioned issues, so you get disconnected from the Nintendo Server's after some minutes... The only game that didn't connected properly was Mario Kart Wii. Actually, I only use wii-network branch to re-download some DLCs that I have on my Wii console (I'm just too lazy to make a correct dump of my Wii's NAND, my currently dump was made by a friend -- the same that helped me to get the certificates), as I said before, playing on online servers may cause legal issues to Dolphin Team. To finish, a quote from what one of the developers (don't remember who) posted before the old thread was deleted: Quote:Note that there are good reasons why wii-network has not been merged to master yet: it's still work in progress and some things still don't work. The ID mentioned above is one of those things to be done, there are also still some TODOs on the NWC24 side of things. One consequence is that everyone using Dolphin to play online is using the same online ID in some games (like MH3), which will definitely cause problems in the long run. Wait patiently.
