I just downloaded the newest version of Dolphin (Monday, 3/16) and there seems to be no location for internal Wii saves. Dolphinx64>Sys>Wii yields no location for save files, only to shared2 and the mailbox. I've tried writing saves onto Dolphin, and it saves, but I can't find to where it does. Is there a new location where these are stored?

It's usually at C:\Users\<your username>\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Wii\, but I think there's an issue with it right now: https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/detail?id=8381

Yes, there was an issue. I restored an older version and used that instead, so I will update in a few days.

It was fixed a few hours ago, in 4.0-5879.
