Can these specs run wii games at a decent speed(probably inazuma 11 strikers?):
Intel Xeon 3.6GHz 2 Processers (no 2 cores)1 core both
4Gb Ram
And lastly GTX Nvidia GeForce 550 Ti

If they are single core Xeons, they can't be newer than 2005, and will have the same performance as a Pentium 4, if Dolphin will even run on them. Your GPU will be plenty for Dolphin though.
