Thanks! So there is no way to currently netplay, let's say, New Super Mario Bros, right? Because it seems to only support Wii controllers.
By the way, after a long struggle with windows update we were finally able to get Dolphin 5 to work on all of our computers and tried 4-player netplay yesterday for Mario Kart Wii, it worked pretty smoothly. One thing that was kind of weird and I could not understand is as follows:
We had 3 computers on local area network and one other guy connecting from out of state. So if I am the host, we have myself (0 ping), 2 other folks (<1 ping), and one more person (<40 ping). Yet when I start the game, it is laggy as shit even if I put the buffer at like 20. I checked my computer resources - CPU usage while game is running is below 30%, GPU about the same, there is no downclocking going on, everything's seemingly fine.
But if the out-of-state guy hosts the game and we join his game, it runs smoothly. Wtf? What is the normal formula to determine who should host the game?
