Intel Kaby Lake - Unlocked i3!

It seems like Intel listened to their consumers about the G3258, as Kaby Lake now has an unlocked i3 model! Issue is that it costs $170 USD, but wow, this is pretty great news for budget builders! 

What do you think?

For those don't want to watch the video , here is what I got so far :
_4.0GHz base clock with turbo boost up to 4.2GHz with 91W TDP
_It can go up to 5.0GHz but it will become unstable . The stable clock he got is 4.8GHz
_TDP skyrockets to 147W when overclocking , this is also equal to an OCed i7 6700k . OMG , it's burning my house ! (Insert facepalm gif here)
_Even at 4.8GHz , it still can't beat the i5 stock clock in multi-threaded benchmark while the i5 is only a few dollars more....
-> Get the i5 instead
G3258 is such a good CPU , how could they mess up this time ! The price tag for this thing is too high for a mere dual core
