Dolphin is a dual core application , Bulldozer is bad for single threaded app (IPC is 10% slower than Phenom II) . Therefore , the 1st gen i3 will be faster than FX-6100 clock for clock
Not even FX-8350 Piledriver could stand a chance against 3rd gen i5 (Ivy Bridge)
If you want to run one of the most demanding games : Mario Galaxy 1&2 full speed all the time with LLE , i5 3570k @ 4.2GHz + Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 is the best combo for that

H61 mobo is built for 2nd gen Sandy Bridge . You must update bios to use Ivy Bridge , updating bios is quite risky ...
Overall , i don't recommend any of 'em

If your budget was low , you should buy Asrock Z77 Pro 3 mobo . Asrock Z77 has "No K OC" function , you should be able to overclock "non K" CPU

Not to mention a 3770K is just a 3570K with hyperthreading and a little more cache. Hyperthreading is only useful for heavy calculation applications, it doesn't help games any at all.
