Do you mean use jitIL recompiler experimental (I'm using it)? Because I don't have a dolphinIL.exe.
Intel D? what's the matter?

i think he's on linux. if that's the case dolphin will be half the speed of a windows build.
My Specs: AMD Phenom II x4 940 3.0ghz - w7/Ubuntu 11.04

Your graphics card is enormously handicapped and bottlenecked by the relatively low data transfer and calculation rate of Intel D processor which is 5 years old.
Also using such a powerful graphics card with outdated Smithfield processor can lead to bus contention and lag, as the chipset on your motherboard likely cannot even carry out some instructions to and from to the radeon card. If anything, consider purchasing a cheap core 2 duo mobo and processor, you could find both for even under $100 if lucky. Pentium processor architecture have lived past their prime and are not optimal for higher level console emulation such as PCSX2, cxbx or Dolphin. 02-26-2010, 05:47 AM
But, What core 2 duo have more than intel d. They're double core have SSE,SSE2,SSE3 ,...?
as simple explanation i will tell you this:
(only for a better understanding...) imagine a processor as a calculator! a pentiumD can calculate 2x (because of 2 cores) 3 different additions (because they can do more executions in 1 rush anyway) while performing 1 circuit. a core2duo can calculate 2x (because of 2 cores) 5 different additions (because they can do more executions in 1 rush anyway) while performing 1 circuit. 1Hz is 1 1 circuit in 1 second so 1kHz is 1'000 1 circuits in 1 second so 1MHz is 1'000'000 circuits in 1 second and 1GHz is 1'000'000'000 circuits in 1 second... so the core2duo is faster even with lower GHz PS: these calculation-numbers are freely invented by me ^^ - for making him understand why a core2duo is faster than a pentiumD PPS: this also is the reason why an athlon64 always was better than a pentium! an athlon64 was able to do more calculations at once. (athlon64 3500+ was killing the pentium4 EE with 3,73Ghz! - but the athlon64 3500+ only had 2,2Ghz!) 02-26-2010, 09:49 AM
It's so sad, I didn't knew that. If I knew it, I surely didn't buy this processor (even if it costed just 60€). Now I'm stuck with this piece of qdsf for a while ( I want more money T_T ).
So all I have to do is to wait, for: a faster Dolphin Rev (see you next year T_T), or money (always and again)... Thanks everyone, now I can hang myself mind at ease. Or Shall I really hope a miracle from Dolphin rev? Just like DaedalusX64 on psp, BTW I love this project so much ^^, developper's work is wonderfull, N64 games are near fullspeed on PSP and they still didn't use the ME, it's gonna be great at the end. I should stop to do offtopic 2 lines before isn't it. But I just couldn't stop myself. 02-26-2010, 10:16 AM
pentium 4 always were hot and under performing. Everything after that ran at lower clock speeds, but performed better. Also, try to turn off framelimit or leave it on and turn off idle skipping. You'll be surprised to see what happens!
