Ive read via wikpedia that certian intel atom devices can support 64bit chipset needed for newer builds. Is this true and if so is there any devices that people would recomend

They will work, but they won't run well.

No idea what you're talking about there. I assume they are talking specifically about getting Dolphin running on the Android devices, which won't work.
There aren't any x86_64 Android devices that run a 64bit userspace, so Dolphin wouldn't even run on any of the devices even if we did build the APK with x86_64 support.

Wait so it's actually ALL of them. Is there something wrong with the x64 android code or something?  It's not like it's an OEM thing,  armv8 devices are working no problem.  That makes me very curious,  especially because I know at least a couple of those devices (if not all) have 64 bit kernels.  What's the logic behind it?
