There seems to alot of new 64 bit chips coming out in 2015 which may have some potential for dolphin

The devices i have interest in are the new dual boot windows 8.1 and android 4.4.4

There seems to be windows 8 tablets out there using this same processor like the dell venue 8 pro

Can we expect the phone version to play just as well using the android port ?

This hdc note 4 clone looks good for a cheap knockoff anyone know if its worth it ?

We only support 64bit x86, which requires Android 5.0 minimum to support.
The first device that runs Android 5.0 and has OpenGL ES 3.0 capabilities is the Nexus Player.

I have an ASUS tablet with Intel z3560 64-bit CPU, but only Android 4.4.2. That means, that if even the hardware is 64-bit capable, it needs 5.0 to make Dolphin run ?

Yes. Just because the hardware is 64bit doesn't make the software be capable of running 6b4it applications.
It works just the same with desktop PCs where a 64bit CPU can be running a 32bit operating system

Was just a thought from me, because AnTuTu benchmarked both, 32/64-bit, CPU tests on this hardware.

This device is showing up on the various OpenGL ES databases, running Lollipop x86_64 and supporting GLES 3.1: http://www.trekstor.de/detail-surftabs-en/product/surftab-xintron-i-70.html

I wasn't aware the Intel mobile chipsets supported more than ES 3.0.  The Zenfone 2 announcement never mentioned 3.1 for instance.  That's a nice bonus.

The Zenfone 2 does support OpenGL ES 3.1. However, Asus has been talking about having full OpenGL 3.2 from what I can see. The IPhone 5s's GPU is the same GPU as the Zenfone 2

Whoa.  ASUS plans on having full GL?  That's awesome. Wait, since when does Imagine actually provide the drivers for that?
