Integrated graphics card + Radeon

Hello guys , I have a hp pavilion g7 with an i5 intel processor. I have an integrated intel HD graphics card and a Radeon 1GB graphics card. I want to use my Radeon was the grpahics card for Dolphin , but when I go to graphics options and have the option to choose which graphic card I want to use, I only see my intel HD one.

Things I tried :
going to Catalyst Control Center and set high performance for Dolphin
Run as admin


I also have this Minecraft and have been looking for a fix for a while now! Please someone save my life!

Set the IR to 2x or higher and if you get massive FPS drops, the Intel HD Graphics is active. If you get no FPS drops, the Radeon card is active.

Partly. Your Radeon is likely to be used by default even if it isn't displayed in Dolphin. So try what DefenderX suggested to you
