I'm confused as to what internal resolution means. Can someone explain what is the difference between the options (fractional, integral, 1x, 2x, etc.) and how they affect performance?
Integral vs. Fractional

"Quality" level : by using "fractional you'll get better performance but graphic quality will low down. With x2 or x3 you'll get great graphics but your game could creep...

Fractional renders at the exact resolution of your screen, so it gives you good graphics without much GPU stress. Integral rounds up the resolution to 1x, 2x or 3x the native Wii resolution so it uses more GPU power than Fractional but causes fewer issues. So the higher the more stressfull on your GPU, Integral is more stressful than Fractional but causes fewer issues.
