What a strange device. It markets itself as an Android "TV Box", but doesn't run Android TV according to Youtube.

Anyway, also according to Youtube, it doesn't actually run 64-bit Android - so it's kind of like having a brand new PC running WIndows XP (or a 32-bit version of Windows 7.) Obviously, I wouldn't take some guy on Youtube's word for it, and it's surprising considering the Tronsmart website *heavily* pushes the "THIS THING IS 64-BIT" angle, but this still seems the most likely reason you're unable to install.

If true, there's nothing you can do about it - that device will not run Dolphin, ever. There's some terminal commands you could do to check if the thing really is running a 64-bit OS, but if I'm honest, even if you get it to launch you're not going to enjoy it. That device runs ARM Cortex A53 cores - those are the "little" cores most of this year's phones include for low-power use when the screen is off (background syncing your facebook feed, for example.) Even the high-power A57 cores can't run Dolphin full-speed.

I would expect very bad performance, even if you got that device to launch it. Sorry.
