Sorry if someone already posted on this topic. I am trying to install the latest version of Dolphin, but the installer won't start (I click it and it does absolutely nothing). I've tried running it as admin. I've tried checking the permissions (special permissions is the only box not checked and it won't allow me to check it). I've tried updating my display card and processor. I've tried running it in safe mode so the antivirus/firewall doesn't interfere. I've tried turning the UAC off. I've tried running compatibility check. Nothing works.
If I say run as Admin, a message will come up asking me if I'm sure I want to do that, but after I click yes, nothing happens.
I am able to run the latest stable version and install it. However, the main issue is that I am trying to play Chamber of Secrets and the audio is immensely choppy. I've tried turning the sound off, but the videos still go slow and Harry runs/casts spells very slowly. I'm not really able to play it.
