Do I need the IR emitter (sensor bar) ? Or can I just install the Wii controller with a bluetooth?

Well, installing a bluetooth device is neccesary for using the wiimote, but without a sensorbar, you won't be able to play games that require you to point at the screen with the wiimote.
So yes, dependng on the games you want to play, you do need a sensorbar, and you do need bluetooth device.

Where can I buy a sensor bar? I am living in Taiwan and they seem to be confused when I ask. Can you provide me with some more info. I.e. product. Also, will any sensor bar work or do I need to be specific, because in Taiwan most things are generic. 05-25-2011, 02:02 AM
any generic one will work, a sensor bar is just a few infared lights on both sides, so anything with 2 sets of ir lights will work so get as generic as you want, you can even get a wireless one
