Install Dolphin Tool only?

Hello all,

I was wondering if there is a way to download and install dolphin tool without the rest of the emulator? I would like to try installing it on my phone through Termux for scripting purposes, but I can't seem to find a way that doesn't involve downloading and compiling everything.
