Yup, I've got this problem too. Everything will work for 5 to 20 mins and then controller input is gone.

As an aside, has anyone been able to successfully use any of the gamepad inputs and be able to have the sticks recognized for Wii games, or must all Wii games automatically use the Wiimote plugin?

P.S. I play Gamecube games with no input crashes whatsoever.

I went back to an older revision... 4642. It works fine now!

Try build 4664 or later, should work better.

Testing out 4697, problem happens in this one too. guess i'll go back to 4642

For me it seems to happen with emulated Wiimote only, real Wiimote works just fine.
