As r5350 is pretty old, you should probably try a newer revision. Newer versions of Dolphin have an option to play specific ISOs. This works on the CLI and in batch files; I've tried it myself, to an extent. You can do something like this:

Code:
Dolphin.exe /e "C:\Dolphin\Dolphin-3.0-416\Sys\GC\USA\Wind_Waker.iso"

Alternatively, the /e argument might work in your old revision. Try supplying an ISO instead of an ELF file, and see if that does anything. If not, update Dolphin and try the example above.
