Under the config section, whenever you hover your mouse over a check box to get more info, a little box pops up, telling you what the function does. However, it only stays up for 3 seconds. That's not enough time to read all of the info. It should stay up until you move your mouse away from the box. Or if it's simpler, have it stay up for 10 seconds. That should be enough time to read everything before it disappears.
