In Lost Kingdoms II, we found a glitch the other day that is different between console and emulator. I recognize that fixing it might not be a high priority at all. I'm not trying to beg, I'm trying to inform.
Computer/Dolphin specs:
We have used three different versions of dolphin to test this glitch (with every graphics setting in General and most of Enhancements checked and unchecked): 5.0, 5.0-5971, and 5.0-17199 (from the other day).
Operating System: Windows 10 x64
Processor/CPU: Intel® Core i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz
Video Card/GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 650
Memory/RAM: ChannelB-DIMM0 / 8589934592
This glitch does the same things on emu and console: it teleports the player and a bunch of monsters to a semi-specific location, it makes your attacks hit everything on the map, and it even sends a few NPCs really far out of bounds. However, there are two key differences.
First, the game is incredibly laggy on console, but not on emulator (I've seen it as slow as 4fps instead of 30fps). Second, on console, textures from various enemies and NPCs glitch out the screen, even on the GUI level. But on Dolphin, they do not. One version of the glitch causes the screen to become completely black aside from the GUI on emulator. It will look the same on console, except it will have the glitchy polygon mess from NPCs/enemies, as well as the lag.
As a side note, the PAL and JPN versions of the game differ wildly from the USA version. This glitch also holds true; global hits seem to not happen on PAL and JPN. Everything else is the same in how this glitch effects the gameplay. Unfortunately, this was only tested on emu for PAL and JPN, and not on console, so we don't know if it even lags on those versions.
