In-Game Miis

Hey guys! I'm new to these forums, my apologies if this has already been answered or if this is in the wrong place. Needless introduction aside, I just have some questions about Miis. Is there anyway to create Miis and use them while playing Wii games with Dolphin? I just downloaded Wii Sports and realized that most of the fun was seeing the familiar faces in the game. Thanks for the help!

not that i know of, no
you need the Mii Channel to create a one but I don't know if the channel works on Dolphin

Yep, you just have to extract the mii channel and can then use it like a game. Rightclick on one of your games (in the Dolphin game browser), and look for a file called FilesystemRVL-NigaoeNR-v6 in Partition 0. It's not on all game discs, so search through a few.

Yes, just extract the mii channel wad from one of your iso files that has an update partition, load the wad in dolphin(not from the wii menu), and create your mii. The mii should then be usable in wii sports and any other game that uses them. Smile

Sorry, downloading games is illegal, and thus, you won't get support here...

However to finish the topic, you need to download the NUS Downloader (Google), then you download the Mii Channel using the NUSD (Pack as WAD), then you open Dolphin, click on File, then Browse for ISOs, and that's it. It will now appear in your game-list.
Now you can create Miis using the Mii Channel.

Thanks for the help guys! I'm gonna go give it a shot in a little bit.

And as for the legality of my download, I thought that if you physically own the game, then downloading it is legal? I have a Wii with a huge library and all of the games I have on my computer, I physically own in real life, so I didn't think there would be any problem.

Well that depends on your country's law, in many it's illegal, thus this forum doesn't allow talk of it
