your cpu can handle most of dolphin games very good (5-)and some few like galaxy medium good (4-)
with some OC like 3.8 it can bump some speed
Stick to your cpu if you are not fps freak it will do quite well
Just replace that crap of gpu ;-)

Upgrade your cpu if you want to improve overall game performance. Upgrade your gpu if you want to raise your internal resolution and AA without degrading performance (better image quality). The choice is yours.

@Hroth

I would highly recommend you get a good aftermarket cooler and overclock your Q6600 to 3.2GHz. Most spots in MP are going to perform poorly without an overclock.
