Impossible to switch from internal GPU to Geforce 650m

That's why i said "it's normal"
The problem is your CPU , SMG + LLE + fullspeed = i5 2500k @ 4.4GHz or i5 3570k @ 4.2GHz
Dolphin doesn't care if you have an i7 or not . High CPU clock speed is important to play this game fullspeed with LLE
You can try "LLE on threads" + "Vbeam" + disable "Idle Skipping" , you will have better audio

anyway I've tried to change those settings (Vbeam and Idle Skipping) but it's very the same :-(

You'll need to build a desktop and overclock it if you want to play SMG fullspeed with LLE
Laptop run hot ,CPU base clock is lower than desktop CPU's , multimedia laptop is easy to overheat with dolphin and can't be overclocked -> Poor performance
Though your laptop is fast enough for most games , SMG is CPU intensive game ...
