So I have an N64 emulator and a GBA/C emulator on my phone. How would I import my pokemon from yellow into Stadium with the emulators?

Android? What emulators are you using?
I searched `transfer pak` on http://www.paulscode.com/forum/index.php, and got results from 2013. So I think it's not possible on Mupen64Plus AE.

You could try moving your save file to PC Mupen64Plus, importing the save file, and copying it back.

I use MegaN64 and My OldBoy! Paid. I know PJ64 has a plugin.

MegaN64 is based off of M64+ AE source code, so my above post probably still applies to your situation.

Try importing your save into a PC emulator. If PJ64 doesn't like the save format, try M64Py, which is based off of the same code base and may have identical save format/detection. (N64 save data formats are a bit inconsistent between emulators. I had trouble transferring between Bizhawk and Retroarch.)

Afterwards, import Pokemon data on PC, then copy the resulting save back to Android.

So, transfer to PC, import save (it's a .sav AFAIK) into PJ64, then export it again once it's loaded into PJ64, then transfer back to phone?
