Immediate Graphical Glitches on every game

I tried Warcraft 3, Also i tried Pcsx2 and that worked for me =D and a few other pc Games with NO graphical Problems

Im pretty sure it has to do with the opengl Plugin. After i click stop on dolphin (when its trying to play a game)

the program closes and gives u the "do you want to report this problem to Microsoft" send/dont send box
