Immediate Graphical Glitches on every game

I jus downloaded Dolphin 3867- Orleans Build

I just upgraded My Nvidia Gefore 8600 Drivers Today
I also Updated my Direct x Drivers today

Im getting these Screens on Start up With the Following Games
Zelda - TP
Zelda - WW
Tales Of symphonia All these games Are GC btw
   

Im on a Core2Duo T7500 2x2.4 ghz
Nvidia 8600M GT
3 GB ram

Here is my general Settings

turn off bilinear filtering and crop.

Ok I turned off Bilinear and Crop

Tried to Run Wind Waker and also TP
I get the Same Window with Graphical Glitches

Zelda TP doesn't like Watchdog set to 15, try setting it back to 60

Hey Caco It still Give me the same screen even when i put watchdog on 60

Is there any working configs for TP/WW/Or Tales of symph that i could try ? so we can verify that dolphin works correctly on my PC or should i try to dump another game From my Library?

All 3 games should work.

DirectX: pass.
VC++: pass.
Drivers settings: I'm not pretty much familiarized with nvidia hardware, so I can't give opinion.
Ram: pass.
Cpu: pass.

There is one thing that comes to my mind, and is only bad news, first check other PC games, do you see artifacts or graphical glitches?

I tried Warcraft 3, Also i tried Pcsx2 and that worked for me =D and a few other pc Games with NO graphical Problems

Im pretty sure it has to do with the opengl Plugin. After i click stop on dolphin (when its trying to play a game)

the program closes and gives u the "do you want to report this problem to Microsoft" send/dont send box

Is your 8600M GT driver 128mb or 256mb?
