Images not loading

I downloaded a special build of Dolphin to play Melee and Project M (modified Brawl) online through netplay. Everything works fine, and this isn't really hindering anything else other than this mostly aesthetic problem, so I do not really need a quick answer to this. When I load up Dolphin, this image pops up:
