i5 ? which i5 ? GPU ? which AMD GPU ?
12Gb ram won't make any different if either your CPU or GPU bottleneck

Requirement for SMG (LLE backend) : i5 2500k @ 4.4Ghz
(HLE backend) : i5 650 @ 3.5Ghz or i3 2100 @ 3.1Ghz
Laptop:
Clevo W230SS : 3200x1800 IPS | i7 4700MQ @ 3.6GHz (Intel XTU + Triple fan mod) | GTX 860M GDDR5 | 128GB Toshiba CFD SSD | 16GB DDR3L 1600MHz
Aspire 715 43G : 1080p 144Hz |  R5 5625U @ 4.3GHz | Nvidia RTX 3050 4GB | 500GB WD SSD  | 16GB DDR4 3200MHz
Mini PC ::

My videocart is an: AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512MB.
Is this not enough to play Super Mario Galaxy on normal speed?

Hello,

My intel core i5 is the lastest, with 2,7 ghz
My videocart is an AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512MB.
Is this not enough to play Super Mario Galaxy on normal speed?

Or do you need more information?

latest i5 ? I don't know , at least list that i5 model . Ex : i5 2390T @ 2.7Ghz , i5 2500S @ 2.7Ghz
Anyway , those CPU won't cut it if you're using LLE backend
You should check CPU clock speed when running dolphin . Without turbo boost , those i5 ain't powerful enough for HLE backend

Turbo Boost activates itself when your CPU needs more power.

But we don't know, which i5 you've got...

Running dolphin through windows on bootcamp might help but your cpu is a bit slow for certain parts of SMG.
