Have: Real Wiimote + Real Nunchuk (both straight from Nintendo/first party source) + Dolphin Version 4.0.2

When used in "Real Wiimote setting" in Dolphin Wiimote Configuration, both the Wiimote and Nunchuk are confirmed to work perfectly.

Problem: I don't have an IR sensor. Therefore, I want to use my mouse for IR, but at the same time, use both my real controllers to play; when pressing the buttons. The Hybrid Wiimote setting enables usage of the mouse as IR exactly the way I want it to. But it doesn't detect the real Nunchuk when I do this; only detects the Wiimote. Meanwhile, the Real Wiimote setting allows me to use both my controllers, but I cannot use the mouse for IR.

Solution please?
