As a user of dolphin on the nvidia shield tv,I really wished dolphin had a power/exit button the same way ppsspp does...and I wish there was some way to change the in game configuration like mame/FBA does,ie different ini configuration files for each game(an in game configuration menu),so you don't have to be constantly switching hacks/enhancements on and off or changing cpu emulation speed for certain games..I also wish that dolphin could detect the active controller and make that player one...even if it was set as player 2...but other than that Dolphin is the greatest emulator ever
ideas from other emulators that would make dolphin even better

The different ini files for games is already a thing (always was, but the files weren't shipped until recently) in the latest development builds, which you can download from the download page if you scroll down a bit. There is the problem that a lot of the options are not exposed in the Android UI yet, but it is slowly but surely getting there.
