[Idea] Use the wiki for game threads and guides/tutorials

Just a few things to remember when creating threads:

1) Make sure you're not creating a wiki game thread that exists already.
2) Make sure you add the link to the previous game thread if there is one.
3) Someone (me I guess) will have to start a new game thread index at some point.

It's certainly easier helping people with the new threads that are up. I noticed that when I posted in Resident Evil Code Veronica X earlier.

And also remember that it's not a contest of how many game threads you can create, it's not a race.
Someday maintenance and changes is required and if you got over 80+ threads on your table it's quite a lot to keep in mind.
