Hi,

I'm having a weird problem trying to run the gamecube version of Animal Crossing in dolphin. I've tried several different versions (the latest being r4486, and the earliest being r3972, both x64 and x86 versions, and all of them produce the exact same error. Every time I try and launch the game, I get a series of error messages: Firstly, I get: "iCacheJIT: Reading Opcode from 48000008. Please Report." I then click OK, and it tells me the exact same error message, except it gives me the value 4800000c instead. Then, after that, I get the message "Zero Op - Error flattening 4800000c op 00000000", with the option to choose yes or no. No causes the Emulator to crash completely and close (with the standard "Dolphin.exe has stopped working", while Yes gives the original error, except this time reading from 48000010. Clicking Ok takes me back to the Zero Op error message (only with slightly different values). Every time I cycle through these errors, I get different values (which are presumably memory locations), so I'm not entirely sure whats causing the problem.

I'm running it on Vista x64 (yeah, I know, worst OS I've ever used, but I'm stuck with it for now), with an Intel Q6700 cpu, 4gb RAM, and an AMD HD4890 graphics card.

Sorry if this was a rather long-winded explanation btw. I figured the more information I provide, the easier it'll be to track down the problem Tongue

EDIT: Just tried running the game with the interpreter instead of the JIT recompiler, and it started... sort of. It played a few notes of sound, at a really slow speed, then stopped completely lol. This was in r4486.

Hm, when I try that, it just sits on a black screen for a few seconds, before giving me a 'Dolphin.exe has Stopped working' Windows error. Presumably its just having the same problem, but not telling me about it, though it could be something else.

It could also be the rom file I'm trying to use, I notice Dolphin marks it as 'broken', though I'm not sure why. Hopefully I should be able to get my copy of Zelda: The Wind Waker fairly soon, so I can see if thats the case or not.

Im actually getting this same error, unchecking Panic Handlers got rid of the original issue, but after it just crashed dolphin instead, is this a problem unique to animal crossing?
