It's true that 1x IR in Dolphin means 480p resolution, and you could consider it "ugly" compared to higher IRs. But still it's very much playable and no more blocky than Wii itself. If the intention is to play wii games, then hd 4600 is doing a fine job for me. Some stuttering doesn't ruin the fun
