That Asus is a multimedia notebook . It will overheat if you run dolphin on it . Dolphin is extremely demanding , most multi-media laptop have only 1 fansink with poor cooling design , these kind of laptop can't withstand high heat output -> CPU and GPU will throttle ?(run at lower clock) . Normally , it would take 5-10 mins to occur
That Victor isn't a true gaming laptop . It has only 1 fansink for both CPU and GPU but the cooling design is not as bad as the Asus laptop
If you only had 2 options to choose , you should choose that Victor . After buying it , you should remove all OEM thermal paste on both CPU and GPU's surface and then reapply new aftermarket one like IC diamond 7 Carat or Arctic MX-4
