Your aim is 4.5 GHz but i am interested in 5.0Ghz. How it is possible to get this one result?

I've managed to get to 4.5 stable at stock voltage. I had to bump the core up slightly to hit 4.6 stable. My temps are well within limits, but I can't seem to get it stable at anything higher.
The frustrating thing is that the PC sometimes freaks out when trying to wake up from sleep and requires a hard reboot. Not sure why that is, but have heard it's something to do with the voltage not being high enough when the computer wakes. Apart from that once it's booted it is perfectly stable. Not sure I'll ever manage to get it as high as 5.0 though. As far as games needing the overclock, the main two I can think of now are Wii Sports Resort and Mario Kart Wii.

C3 and C6 i believe. pretty sure they are related to sleepmode. do you have them turned off?(04-03-2013, 07:18 PM)Tomkun Wrote: The frustrating thing is that the PC sometimes freaks out when trying to wake up from sleep and requires a hard reboot. You think reenabling them might help? I read that disabling them was pretty much required for overclocking. I'll check it out.(04-04-2013, 06:12 AM)Nerrel Wrote:ive also had this problem after turning off some Power States. its not Always required. to disable powerstates. it just helps with overall stability with them off.
since i like never go into sleep mode except hitting the button theres literally no need.
