That didn't do anything. Zero improvement.

I can turn it to x4 native and x16 AF, and my GPU is still well under 50%. Also no DPS drops. A Radeon 6970 is more than enough for any game I've played on Dolphin.

Considering this is the only game on Dolphin I've played so far that runs/looks like complete crud, I doubt it has much to do with my settings/hardware. The game isn't even all that good, so I'm done with it. Maybe when there are speed improvements with later versions I'll finish it.

Thanks for your help anyway.

***Edit:

I take back what I said about 4.0.2 being faster. I had different settings on 3.5 when I tested it, but with identical settings, I get 27fps in the same spot I get 20fps when using 4.0.2, and I noticed the sound still runs full speed even if the FPS dips a little when running 3.5, and I get sound lag along with the FPS lag when using 4.0.2. Also the brightness doesn't seem as screwy running 3.5 as it is in 4.0.2. I suspected this was a partly an emulation issue more than it was a hardware/settings one.
