Any idea how to go about this? I already have the wii remote working great with Dolphin.

I think I saw a guide on YouTube with a guy that showed how to use the Wii mote for all sorts of things when I didn't know how to install it the first time.
It could be possible, I'm not sure though.
Try find video tutorials on YouTube.
