Hi! I'm not sure if a lot of you remember me but I made the thread called "fastest and best revisions". It got taken down due to outdated builds unfortunately. Well guys, I would like to please ask for a helping hand in return. Our family was recently informed that my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had the surgery to recently get the spot removed that had the cancer and now its spreading. I would be overjoyed if I could get donations to help out with this. We are in a very tough position and if you guys have similar experiences, please let me know.

Send the donations through paypal. My email is *redacted*

Even the smallest donations from a decent amount people will help. God bless.
just pretend im jesus everythings gonna be alright

Hate to do this to you but, proof?

^ Yes, perhaps something that is not easily faked that can serve as some sort of legitimate verification? Nothing against you but there are a lot of dishonest people in the world and on the internet. It's been established as fact scammers have no morals or soul and no issue using a heart clenching and tear jerking story to rip people off.

There have been ladies near my area claiming to have cancer to solicit donations then keep the money. They were caught at least but there's no recourse or justice over the internet due to anonymity, being cross country and other factors.

We would need some kind of verifiable proof such as a link to a article and hard proof you are indeed related to this person. I don't think other staff are going to be too keen with this as usually any solicitation, request for donations and advertising are frowned upon regardless of circumstances. But no one is going to bother donating to someone especially someone they don't personally know without hard proof.

Edit: If you could provide adequate proof as we requested we would also need to ensure the money is actually going to it's proper destination, to your mother and her treatment, not pocketed for anything else. You might want to get an official benefit going with a page for donations, asking for donations to a Paypal account doesn't really look good for the cause providing there is one. I've also come to find out sometimes you can't even trust your own family which is a sad and unfortunate truth.

I'm pretty sure it was taken down because you were asking for money as well as recommending outdated builds, which would have been fine as long as your thread was marked unofficial, and you took it upon yourself to provide all support to anyone using an outdated build.

Seeing as you've asked for money here before, we're definitely going to need some kind of proof here if you want the mods off your back.

Personally i see a pattern here and i think your post should be edited. Usually people with real problems don't ask for money like that.

I also want to say if this isn't true and you are trying to scam you kind of picked the wrong place to do so considering most of us here especially those of us replying in this section are quite savvy and in tune with scams, computers etc.. so it's futile to attempt.

In any case hard proof and not something easily faked or forged. Even then people will still be weary since there is no way to know who will receive the money and what it would go towards. There's just too much to deal with because to know for sure it would involve requesting documents, receipts showing the money went towards what you are claiming it will go for.

If that is the case and your mother has cancer then it would probably be better to organize a local benefit for friends, family and other people in your area to offer donations towards recovery and treatment. They would also probably want some kind of proof such as a doctor's statement and proof where the money is going, something you would be more comfortable providing to people you know than complete strangers on the internet.

Edit: Removed email and am closing this for now. Feel free to contact another mod or admin with hard evidence and maybe they'll re-open at their discretion but don't count on it especially if proper proof is not provided. However my advice is if this is indeed true take my previous suggestion into account rather than attempting to solicit "donations" from complete strangers over the internet and to a Paypal account at that which raises a red flag on it's own along with other red flags.
