I want to know how to play wii ware please

I've search alredy but can't fine any clue about install/play wii ware.

please teach me how to install wii ware to dolphin emu (i want to play megaman9), which file can use for install/play wii ware to emu please
and where I can find this rom please.

You need to dump .wad file of the game from your Wii to PC through wireless connection.

Thank you. now i can play the game but there are some problem about screen is flashing and graphic rendering on megaman 9 (may because my VGA card)
