You can extract it from a game (the update partition) right click the game in the menu > properties > filesystem
Specs: intel i5 3570k @ 3.4GHz;
16Gb RAM; Raedon HD 7900;
Win8 64-Bit

@ KHRZ: Don't you need a NAND dump for the system menu to work?

I've got sysmenu 4.2 ntsc on r7335, it works but I do not know how to add channels to it. It's only one icon with CD. If you want to use on it mii channel, then simply open RVL-NigaoeNR-v4.wad.out.wad extracted from game.
Specifications:
OS: Windows 7 ultimate x64
Mainboard: Asus p8p67 pro
CPU: i5 2500k 3.3ghz @4.5ghz
GPU: GTX 560 Ti Gigabyte
ram: 2x2gb dual + 2x2gb dual (8gb) 1600mhz
Sound: Xonar D2
2 wiimotes + nunchucks and sensor bar
