I updated Dolphin and now my settings have reset

The subject is self-explanatory. I updated Dolphin to .10122, unzipped to the same place Dolphin was before I updated it, but now all of my controller, graphics, and hotkey settings have been lost. In addition, it won't detect all of my other stuff like save states and Wii save files. So essentially, Dolphin has reset itself. Help would be very much appreciated.
