if i want to connect wiimote to computer and play wii game in dolphin
i need:

1.wiimote+nunchuck

2.bluetooth adapter

3.Wireless Sensor Bar
(i don't understand why i need Wireless Sensor Bar and How
can Wireless Sensor Bar connect to computer?)

Correct or not ?

checking your list:
1.OK, but really you only need the wiimote ( if a game needs the nunchuck you obviously need it )
2.All bluethoot adapeters seems to work , If one doesn't work you really have bad luck
3. The motive of that is because the sensor bar doesn't send/ recieve anything , it just have lights in it that the wiimote can see ans they look like this

Yep For example you could replace the sensor bar with candles or LEDs....
You could make your own sensor bar easily, but I think it doesn´t cost much.
