if i want to connect wiimote to computer and play wii game in dolphin
i need:

1.wiimote+nunchuck

2.bluetooth adapter
(http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.11866 <-is it ok?)

3.Wireless Sensor Bar
(i don't understand why i need Wireless Sensor Bar and How
can Wireless Sensor Bar connect to computer?)

Correct or not ?

checking your list:
1.OK, but really you only need the wiimote ( if a game needs the nunchuck you obviously need it Tongue )
2.All bluethoot adapeters seems to work , If one doesn't work you really have bad luck
3. The motive of that is because the sensor bar doesn't send/ recieve anything , it just have lights in it that the wiimote can see ans they look like this[Image: 3337914021_d4a8d460f4.jpg]
MB : MSI Z68A-GD80
CPU : Intel Core i7 2600k @ 3.4 GHz (stock clock)
Gfx : ATI Raedon HD 6850
Ram : 4 GB DDR3-1333
OS : Windows XP x86

I speak Spanish Big Grin ( And a little English )

Wireless Sensor Bar just show light and not do anything?if i buy it waste my money?

YepTongue For example you could replace the sensor bar with candles or LEDs....
You could make your own sensor bar easily, but I think it doesn´t cost much.
