Hi so no matter what i do Dolphin emulator would crash mario sunshine on startup when using Vulkan. This issue has never happened before and i've rolled back drivers all the way back to february of 2018 and still no luck. I still get the failed to submit command buffer error with Vulkan but it is only with Mario sunshine so i believe it has to be an issue with Dolphin. I tested every gamecube game that i own and everything works amazing. Even wii games and vitual console games work too. So it cant be a driver issue anymore. And i am not forcing any settings from the radeon settings options and my rx 480 is running at stock. I have not flashed my card before and like i said it worked fine up until recently when i decided to come ack to the emulator. I have re installed windows 10 and all drivers. Everything works but that one game. I can bypass this issue by playing past it on dx11 and then booting back up on vulkan. But it should not be like that.

Super Mario Sunshine uses a very specific feature called PerfQueries. It's possible something's going wrong with that, as it's pretty much the only game where we enforce it.

I just checked and I'm having the same issue on RX480 and Windows 10. I usually run D3D, so I hadn't noticed any problems before now

With bot backends i had amazing performance 07-11-2018, 03:10 AM
Do you have the Vulkan SDK installed? Used to happen in my HP laptop when trying to use Vulkan and that solved it.
