I would like to put an option in the emulator to remain in fps
  60 or more.(remain please)

I think you want to know the correct settings to run dolphin at 60 fps constantly on your machine, right? In order to give you proper advice, you need to post your correct system specs. You statet the following in your profile:

core i5 3000
amd radeon 6630

These are not the complete specs. To my knowledge, there is no amd 6630. I think you have an amd radeon HD 6630M and thus a laptop. The exact modelnumber of your CPU is also very important, especially if it is a i5 3xxx CPU or i5 3xxxU CPU.

What you can try is the following:
1) Get the latest dev-build -> https://dolphin-emu.org/download/
2) Set your "Internal Resolution" to 1x or 2x max. Your card cant handle more (I think). Disable all antialiasing or other graphics enhancements.

Post your settings here so we can tell you what to change.
