To HD I just put 1920 x 1080 fullscreen which is 1080p , or if your tv or monitor cant handle it 1280x720 which is 720p incidentally games look 10x better than the Wii I actually have with the hdmi adapter I bought from China off Ebay lol. Even though I own the games I am playing I prefer Dolphin for just that very reason.

Rip it off the disk, we don't tolerate piracy here. If you need to learn how just google it.

i did google it and there isn't a Mac compatible ripper i can use unfortunately. and i did seriously look and i couldn't find anything i could really use at all. for some reason everyone doesn't think about mac users including for the most part he guys who make dolphin because the mac version hasn't had an update for a very long time.
You can rip/dump disks from your Wii. I believe you can dump the files to an SD card, or over a network connection (this is slow?). That's what most of us do, since RAWDump only works with a limited number of drives that are no longer manufactured.
Also, I'm pretty sure the most recent Mac build was 3.0-427, which was barely two week ago, so that's not a long time at all. 03-09-2012, 02:28 PM
i don't have the money to be spending on an SD card (i spend it all on games if i can buy anything at all) and the recent build i can't use because it won't connect my wii remotes at all. actually any update for mac has since 416 hasn't been able to connect a Wii controller at all.

SD cards are useful and extremely cheap, I think you can get a good 8 GB one for like 10$. And you should be using Dolphin 3.0. If recent revisions don't bring any improvement for your usage of the emulator, you should stick to it.

friidump could work on mac. Try it out.
Anyways, if you're low on money, this game needs a very good computer to be playable at a decent speed. Make sure you have one before you go through all the trouble ;p 03-10-2012, 02:58 AM
If you cannot afford an 8GB SD card, if you already have a largish (really 8GB, but you could get away with less with meddling with settings) USB device get a small SD card. Then install the homebrew channel to your wii, and run cleanrip. However, if you cannot afford an SD card, it is unlikely that you should have bought a mac, as you could have bought a more powerful PC for less, and if you were desperate, installed mac OSX on it (just google it). In fact, if you are that skint you may want to sell the mac, and buy a pc.
Sorry for turning my slightly helpful comment into a rant.
