I need help with a System Error

I'm getting the following error when I try starting Dolphin v3.0-397 with my computer;

The program can't start because VCOMP100.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem

AMD Phenom™ II X6 1045T Processor (6 CPUs), ~2.

Video Card/GPU:
NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 1 GB

It's not your GPU or CPU. Install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package.

I dunno, perhaps the Dolphin FAQ. Failing that, just use Google. What you had was one of the most common errors people were getting.
