developers already know this problem but none of them has the galaxy s7 for test.
its a SIGILL bug, so missing or different instructions in the CPU's instruction set.
A workaround could be made but the devs need a Exynos 8890 device to test it. 03-24-2016, 06:29 AM
I'm so disappointed I was very happy to be able to install this emulator ...

I've done alot of testing and finally found a reliable workaround for the SIGIL crash. You might have seen some of my video's on youtube running games on the S7 edge. To make it short here is what you have to do: 1. Be sure to have the latest build from the buildbot dolphin-master-4.0-9135.apk 2. Disable dynarec in settings (put on interpreter) 3. Enable dual core and emulated clock speed in settings 4. Load one of your backups 5. Let it load until you hear some sound or see image (interpreter is very slow). 6. Click the return button on your device to back out the game. 7. Immediately enable dynarec again in settings (Don't do anything else). 8. Run game again. It should keep loading without crash. - You have to do this each time you run a game, otherwise it will probably crash. Dynarec and dual core are essential to get decent speed. - You might have to try it a few times before it works. Emulated clock speed differst for each game. Most GC games do well between 20-30% I made this video today running Animal Crossing. Works pretty well and it is playable. Be sure to let us know if it works for you too so we can know if this workaround works for everyone I might make a tutorial video soon. Hope to have helped you. 03-24-2016, 11:21 AM
tried with Windwaker and Twilight Princess.
immediately crashes after turning JIT64 back on and resuming. 03-24-2016, 01:58 PM

Super Mario Sunshine works wonderfully and for the fun i put the emulated cpu clock speed at 41% and it work well.. By the way...what changes the values of emulated cpu clock speed 03-24-2016, 02:00 PM
tomorrow I'll test mario kart wii ... I'll let you know because it is late home ... xoxo
