I need help getting dolphin to run on my pc

I've searched all over the net and found nothing useful so here goes, when I click to open the dolphin it opens for maybe 2 seconds but then closes I've tried all sorts of things to get it to work but nothing and when it does open for that short amount of time it doesn't even display anything.
If anybody can help I would really appreciate it.

Your CPU isn't supported and you have no chance of doing anything with Dolphin on that PC. It's definitely time to get something newer and much better.

Thank you that's all I ever wanted and yes I know I need a new pc but can't afford it right now.
