I need Help

First off i wanna say that i'm a n00b at this basically so please don't be mad at me if i say or do something really retarded

So my computer is HORRIBLE and i need help to if theres any way I can run dolphin faster.
Any idea on configuration, Version of dolphin, new cpu or what (preferably the first 2 ones )

Computer aspects (or whatever im a noob at this blablabla)

Processor: Intel ® Pentium ® CPU 2.00 GHz
Ram: 4.00 GB (2.93 GB usable)
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

You may be able to squeeze out a little bit of speed by changing a setting or two, but that PC is not going to run games the way you want them to run. You'll need a new PC with better hardware to run games well.
