I need Help

Ok every time i try to load a rom on dolphin its so slow, the gameplay is so slowwwwww i get like 15fps its bad.

Pc specs.
AMD ATHLON64 x2 4200+ dualcore 2.2ghz
ram- 3.5ghz
OS-Vista 32bit
Video card-Nvidia 9600 GTX

id think with my computer it would run smooth but no???

Your cpu is outdated and slow compared to what dolphin needs.
