Yes, there are not very big speed differences between Mac and Windows.

I have a MacBook, with Intel core 2 duo at 2.00 MHz and NVidia GeForce 9400M, and most games don't run at full speed on my computer.

So your computer is not enouth powerfull to run correctly Dolphin, even under Windows... You can try if you want, but don't expect good results.
